I bought an electric chain saw from Lowe's. After only a few hours of operation the gear sprocket striped and exploded. Lowe's wanted me to send it back to the manufacturer. I'd heard stories the manufacturer likes to say you abused it and now you either pay for the repair that cost more than the saw was when new or they just keep the chain saw. I bought it to Toms. Their an authorized repair shop for that name brand. Toms had it fixed in a couple of days and the manufacturer paid for it. Didn't cost me a dime!

I don't know what's worse at this place, that woman's customer service skills or her teeth. I have never come across someone so disrespectful in my entire life. They sold us a blade belt for a riding lawnmower for $40 after telling us it would only be $20. The belt snapped in half within two hours and upon returning it, we were promptly given excuses and told "no refund, take it or leave it". We asked for the owner, she said he was gone. His vehicle and his son's vehicle were both there. Avoid this place like the plague if you value your money, because you might as well burn it instead of giving it to them.
