Worst experience ever. Not only was the order incorrect, but I was not greeted and the associate by the name of Saveetra at location 311 in Thibodaux, LA is the rudest associate I have EVER encountered in my adult life. Not only did she laugh in my face when I voiced my complaints about the food and lack of customer service, when I asked her name she literally yelled it at me. As if I were inept in some capacity, she spelled out “S-A-V-E-E-T-R-A”. I was honestly embarrassed for her. The shift leader, Sierra, did little to remedy the horrible experience. As a CS worker, I am aware of the rules of a good customer service experience, but apparently these associate are not. At all. The cooks were cordial (although my food was unsatisfactory), Sierra did what she could with the lack of managerial knowledge she had, and the horrendous Saveetra was well…horrendous. She definitely doesn’t need to have any contact with customers. Needless to say, I will never invest my money in another Wing Stop. I’ll take my money to a company that won’t have their associates yelling the spelling of their name in my face.
Food was good, but service was terrible. Ordered online and arrived to pick it up at the time my order was supposed to be ready. Didn't get my food until 20 minutes later. The staff didn't tell me they were running behind or anything, and completely ignored me until my order was ready.
As far as the staff go they were friendly & food didn't take long. However it was very greasy & after me & fiancee ate it. It didn't settle in our stomachs. The next morning we woke up & threw up everything continuously. It wasnt digesting. We got each 10 piece wings one boneless and one not. And it was garlic Parmesan. Needless to say we are not going to be going back to wing stop for a very very long time..
Always loved Wing Stop, but after our experience tonight we won't order from there again. The fries were over cooked, the wings had barely any sauce and the drink machine was broken. We paid for drinks, but since the machine was broken we couldn't get them. I asked the manger, who was working on the machine, if we could get our money back or a rain check for drinks he said well the drinks are discounted with the combo. In other words, too bad for you.
Didn't really care for this location, food was ok. Mango habanero was really sweet and not very spicy. One member on staff was a little unfriendly and food took 40 minutes to get to me. Place did not seem that busy when I arrived.
