Getting help was extremely easy,not like in Houma and they were very knowledgeable about the product I needed and purchaded
My husband and father in law have never been spoken to the way they were by an employee here last week. Just straight out RUDE, not once but twice!! Unacceptable!!
I called and inquired about 3/4" x 4' x 8' Melamine finished board. I was told it was in the store. I drove from Houma, LA to the store only to be told that they do not stock the full sheets. I asked for the manager three times before I was introduced to a young lady that said she was the manager. No one could tell me who I spoke to on the phone. I had to ask three times to see the manager & that tells me management is not concerned about customer issues. The employee that gave me, "Yes we have it in stock.", Without checking reflects Management's same lack of concern regarding customer issues. The highest standard most employees adopt is the lowest expectation demonstrated by management and this is reflected here.
Plumbing Pro was sarcastic in her approach in assisting customer who had questions regarding toilets. After getting items that I needed, when to check out at the building materials check out and the CSA at the register was on her cell phone and turn away from customer like she wouldn't wait on the customer no matter how long the customer would wait. Customer went to another check out who was sarcastic when customer asked for military discount. Will not be going to this Lowe's again. Store doesn't really rate a star at all.
It took 4 employees to order a range and it still didn't get ordered... Found out when I called after the two week delivery date passed. Managed to get it ordered and I went to get it from the store after it finally came in...again 4 people behind the service desk and none interested in me or helping me find my stove. Finally a manager came out and I approached her. She personally went get the stove and brought it to me at the front of the store. Customer service is definitely not a priority at this branch!!
