I'm not an AT&T customer myself but with that being said my dad sends me to pay his bill. I had no problem doing this the first time the nice lady took the payment on her tablet. However this time I ran into a very rude lady by the name of Brandi who pointed me straight to a kisos machine and when asked for help you would have thought I was demanding too much of her. You see the kisos asked for a 90 day plan and it was confusing bc my father pays every 30days. So rude. Note to Brandi if you don't like your job go to school and do something you like.
