Darryl and the team at Chabill’s came through for me big time. I was preparing to leave for a trip to Houston and noticed one of my front tires had an “egg” on the sidewall. With time being of the essence, Darryl was able to get my tires replaced on the spot and get me back on the road in time for me to make my scheduled meeting later that day. Thanks!!
Scheduled an oil change and instead of doing a full synthetic oil change like I normally get every single time I go they gave me a synthetic blend which lasts half as long and costs nearly the same. This is not the customer service I expect from Chabills. I will not use this Chabills again and will have to find somewhere else in Thibodaux or will have to drive all the way to Raceland to get good service.
Went here today for an oil change and was told by this guy he couldn't get to me.. A white female came in and said she needed an oil change on her moms car and was taken in for service.. I guess I was to BLACK to service.. I will never come here or recommend service to anyone from this place.. I will be notifying Firestone also since all he said they do is sell their tires!!!!
Chabil's was great. Wanted and alignment and ended up having some front end issues with my truck. Instead of looking past it or over charging me for unknown problems, they worked with me and got my truck done that day. There is no racism here or any type of discrimination. Just good guys working on vehicles. You want fast, go to Walmart where they over-tighten your oil plug and strip the bolt because they aren't mechanics. You want good, GO TO CHABILS.
Very friendly and accommodating with scheduling. Could have been a little quicker since it was in the morning before work. But overall great, I would recommend to anyone.
