Made reservation, called us while we were on the way to say they didn’t have anything. Not sure how this works, but if someone calls and asks for a car you should probably tell them then instead of taking there card info and everything, then calling right before arriving only to say it wasn’t happening.
Made it so easy to return the car even when I was at work. They offered to have someone drive me to where I needed to be. Really nice and professional people.
